Hypnotherapy is a gentle, natural and safe treatment, which combined with various self-help techniques,
can help in many different ways. Powerful physical and emotional changes can occur as you reduce stress levels,
let go of limiting or negative beliefs and behaviour and focus on what is important to you.

In a relaxed atmosphere you will be able to talk in confidence about your life, fertility issues, health,
current fertility treatment and any relevant past experience.

In agreenent with you a personal programme will be devised to meet your individual needs.
This usually consists of between 4 and 6 sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
After a free 30 minute consultation each session lasts approximately 60 minutes at a cost of £50.

Over the last seven years I have helped many people with fertility, some have now had their baby,
some are pregnant and others are still on their journey.
Couples benefit in different ways but they all learn how to remain calm and balanced in many different situations.
